How high is your ceiling?
Enter your ceiling height above and we pick the tree that leaves room for a topper.
Yes. The height we list is the full height with the stand, from the floor to the tip.
Leave 6 to 12 inches between the tip and the ceiling. A tall star needs the full 12.
Width is measured across the lowest branches. The size table on each product page lists the width for every height.
Full is the classic wide shape for open rooms. Slim fits corners and smaller rooms. Pencil is made for hallways and tight spaces. The shape options on the product page show what each tree comes in.

Lights
Each section of lights runs on its own circuit, so one bad bulb never darkens the rest of the tree. If a section stops working within 3 years, email us a photo and we send a replacement.
It depends on the version you pick. Warm white gives the soft glow of candlelight, multicolor is the classic colored look and dual color switches between the two. The light options on the product page show what each tree comes in.

Setup and storage
About 15 minutes, one person. The branches are hinged and the lights are already on: stack the sections, let the branches drop and shape the tips.
No tools needed. The sections slot together and the branches drop into place on their hinges.
Start at the bottom and work your way up. Pull each tip out and slightly up, all the way round the tree. The gloves in the box protect your hands.
Fold the branches up, lift the sections apart and put them in the storage bag that comes with the tree. It packs away neatly until next December.
It's made to come back out every December for years. Store it dry in its bag, and the tree and its lights are covered for 3 years.

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery. Pack the tree back in its box, email us and we send you the next steps.

The tree itself
The tips are hand-shaped from a mix of PE and PVC, so the tree looks full and natural up close and from every side.
Artificial tips don't drop needles. A flocked tree can lose a little white flock the first time you shape the branches, after that it settles.
No, artificial trees have no scent. Many families add a pine-scented candle for the full Christmas smell.
Kids, pets and safety
The wide steel stand keeps the tree steady. As with any lit tree, keep the plug and cable out of reach and keep an eye on curious pets.
