Product prices are in US dollars and are subject to change at any time. A crossed-out price shows the regular price of the item. If we list an item at a clearly wrong price, we can cancel the order and refund you in full, even after confirmation. We may modify or discontinue services or parts of the website without prior notice for legitimate reasons.

5. Formation of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog.

By clicking the "Buy" or "Checkout" button, you submit a binding offer.

An automatically generated order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the contract. The purchase contract is concluded only when we confirm shipment of the goods.

6. Warranty

Every tree comes with a 3-year limited warranty, as described in our Return & Refund Policy. Products are also covered by applicable US federal and state consumer protection laws. Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived or limited by contract.

7. Products and Services

Some products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities.

We describe our trees as accurately as we can, including height, width, tip count and number of lights. Measurements are approximate and can vary slightly between batches. Heights include the stand unless stated otherwise. We strive to display product images and colors as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur due to different screen or display settings.

We reserve the right to restrict sales to certain regions or persons where legitimate reasons exist. Products may be discontinued or modified at any time.

Shipping information:
We ship to addresses in the United States only. Delivery times and Christmas cut-off dates are explained in our Shipping Policy.

8. Safe Use

Our trees and lights are for indoor use only. Follow the setup instructions, keep the tree away from fireplaces, heaters and open flames, don't overload outlets, and unplug the lights when you leave the house or go to sleep.

9. Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to review, modify or reject orders if incorrect or suspicious information is detected.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete account and purchase information and to update it if changes occur. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments.

10. Optional Third-Party Tools

We may provide access to third-party tools over which we have no control. Use of such tools is entirely at your own risk.
