Returns and warranty

30-day returns

1. Email support@yourchristmastree.co with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
2. We reply within one business day with the return address.
3. Pack the tree in its original box with all parts and send it back.
4. We refund the full item price within 5 business days after it arrives.

Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or not as ordered. No restocking fees.

3-year warranty

If a light section stops working or a part fails under normal indoor use within 3 years, email us a photo or short video. We send a replacement part or section free of charge, or a new tree if it can't be fixed with a part.

Arrived damaged?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We send a replacement part or item at no cost.
