Size and fit

Which height fits my ceiling?

Take your ceiling height and leave 6 to 12 inches for the stand and a topper. An 8 ft ceiling fits a 7.5 ft tree, or a 7 ft tree if you love a tall star. See the height guide for every ceiling.

Does the height include the stand?

Yes. The height on every product page is measured from the floor to the tip with the stand attached.

How wide is the tree?

Width is measured across the lowest branches. Every product page lists it per height. Full trees are about two thirds as wide as they are tall, slim trees about half, pencil trees about a third.

Lights

What happens if a light stops working?

Each section is wired on its own, so one bulb never darkens the whole tree. If a section stops working within 3 years, email us a photo and we send a replacement.

Warm white or multicolor?

Warm white gives the classic candlelit glow. Multicolor is playful and loved by kids. Dual color trees switch between both with the foot switch.

Do I plug in every section?

No. The sections connect through the pole, so you plug in once.

Delivery

How much is delivery?

Free on every order to the United States.

Will it arrive before Christmas?

Order by Friday, December 11 for delivery before December 25 in the contiguous US. Every product page shows a delivery window for your order. See Christmas delivery.

How do I track my order?

You get a tracking link by email the day your order ships. See track your order.

Returns and warranty

Can I return my tree?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we send you the return address. See returns and warranty.

What does the warranty cover?

Defects in materials and workmanship for 3 years, including the lights, hinges, pole and stand.

My tree arrived damaged. What now?

Email us within 7 days with your order number and photos. We send a replacement part or item at no cost.

Setup and care

How long does setup take?

About 15 minutes for one person. Lift each section onto the one below, let the hinged branches drop and shape the tips.

How do I store it?

Fold the branches up, lift the sections apart and store them in the box or a storage bag in a cool, dry place.

Is it safe with pets and kids?

There are no needles to drop and no water to tip over. Use the stand on a flat floor, keep cables out of reach and unplug the lights when you're away.
