Payment policy

1. Accepted payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. You see every payment method that is available for your order at checkout, before you pay.

2. Currency

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Your card is charged in US dollars.

3. When you are charged

Your payment is taken when you place your order. If we cannot accept or ship your order, we cancel it and refund you in full to your original payment method.

4. Sales tax

Where sales tax applies, it is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery to US addresses is free, so there are no shipping costs added at checkout.

5. Secure payments

Payments are processed through Shopify Payments over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card details.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to show. See our refund policy.
