Delivery and returns

Which height fits my ceiling?
Take your ceiling height and subtract 6 to 12 inches for the stand and a topper. An 8 ft ceiling fits a 7.5 ft tree, or a 7 ft tree if you love a tall star.
What happens if a light stops working?
Each light section works on its own, so one bad bulb never darkens the rest of the tree. If a section stops working within 3 years, email us a photo and we send a replacement.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
The delivery window above is calculated live for your order. Order before the Christmas deadline in the top bar and it arrives before December 25.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery. Pack the tree back in its box, email us and we send you the next steps.
