Delivery and returns
Free tracked delivery on every order, with a tracking link by email the day your tree ships. You have 30 days from delivery to return it in its original box.

Which height fits my ceiling?
Take your ceiling height and subtract 6 to 12 inches for the stand and a topper. An 8 ft ceiling fits a 7.5 ft tree, or a 7 ft tree if you love a tall star.
What happens if a light stops working?
Each light section works on its own, so one bad bulb never darkens the rest of the tree. If a section stops working within 3 years, email us a photo and we send a replacement.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Every order ships the next business day with free, tracked delivery. The order-by dates for Christmas are on our Christmas delivery page, and you get a tracking link the day your tree ships.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery. Pack the tree back in its box, email us and we send you the next steps.
